Product Owner
- Location: St. George, UT · Hybrid
- This is not a project manager role. This is a high-trust, high-impact position for someone who can understand business needs, shape solutions, and own outcomes end-to-end — from first conversation to long-term account growth.
- You are directly responsible for landing new partnerships and memberships — converting prospects into long-term intrinDesign clients.
Responsibilities

- You sit between strategy and execution — translating client intent and Product Owner direction into structured analysis that keeps delivery precise and accountable.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements gathering and scope definition across accounts
- Produce structured briefs and acceptance criteria for engineering sprints
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies before they become blockers
- Analyse delivery data to surface patterns and improve cycle efficiency
- Support Product Owners with research, documentation, and reporting

We retain a flat 15% fee to cover software licences (GitHub Copilot, Vercel Pro, AI Agents), continuous training, and administrative management. Every other dollar flows to the talent delivering the work.
